MerchDistribution is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering Training and Employment to students between the ages of 13yrs-25yrs “Partners In Education & Community” is our initiative to give kids and young adults an interactive course in scaling to the next level being “Young Business Men and Ladies” in the Entrepreneurial sector. They will be provided online & onsite employee training using our main structure of “OnLine” and “On Site” events as the device to market and sell merchandise & accessories Shirts, caps, hoodies, electronic accessories, etc). Students will undergo an online or onsite orientation. Also onsite training that will be provided by an official MerchDistribution trainer.
Our Brand Sales Ambassadors will be paid by Commission/Salary based on their total sales. Participation each month there will also be bonuses for those outstanding Ambassadors that excel each month. Bi Weekly their will be an “Online Training” or “On Site” seminar given within your city by our MD Distributor Reps. Once you have completed the course. You can be on your way to being the next “Next Young Executive” in the country. We also will allow for those that sign up and register on the site an opportunity by creating “Brands” that will be chosen by “Top Fashion” & Celebrities to interface public notoriety in co-op with their major brands.
